Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Hemp and Linen, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer an easy return process within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with the exception of personalized or custom-made products, which are final sale and non-refundable due to their bespoke nature.
How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@hempandlinen.eu or follow the instructions on our website. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for us to process the return and issue your refund to the original payment method.
Exchanges:
For customers across Europe and globally, our exchange process is simple. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, follow the standard return process and let us know your preference. We’ll process the exchange once we receive the original item.
